We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9-14 business days, depending on your location. We ship directly to keep prices fair — skipping the markup of big-box retailers. Some items may arrive separately if you've ordered multiple products from different suppliers.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is included on all orders.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, you're eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
